Our minimum order requirement is $35.00. A $10.00 fee will be assessed for all orders under the minimum.

If you are not satisfied with the items ordered from our catalog, please return them within 30 days for a prompt credit, refund or replacement. Non-standard, special order and drop ship items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 Business Hours. Business Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm PST.

In stock orders received by 6:00pm EST/3:00pm PST will be shipped the same day on approved credit. We will accommodate your needs; please let us know if you need overnight or 2-day delivery.

All orders ship partial, unless you specify to ship complete in comments.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. NET 30 terms are extended to business accounts on approval of credit.

F.O.B. Poway, CA. Most orders ship U.P.S. unless another carrier is specified.

Freight Charges
Freight charges will be added to your order at the time of shipping.

Hazardous Material (HazMat) Charge
Product Considered Hazardous, per D.O.T. regulations, can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground. Hazardous material cannot be shipped via air freight. An additional $27.50 shipping charge will apply to each package consisting of hazardous materials. (US only)

We back our products with a satisfaction-guaranteed 30-day no-hassle return policy. If you’re not satisfied with any product you purchase, excluding hazardous material or custom products, you can return them within 30 days in the original packaging for replacement, credit or a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

To return a product, call 1-800-492-7726 for a return authorization number before you send the product back. There is no restocking fee for products returned in saleable condition within 30 days. The return authorization number is only valid for 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to incomplete returns and products incorrectly ordered by customers. Please include a copy of the packing list or invoice with a reason for the return. We reserve the right to not accept returns after 90 days.

Your export needs can be met from an inventory representing several manufacturers of quality production soldering materials and supplies. We currently maintain an inventory of over 5,000 different part numbers. The export department can ship to any country in the world except those prohibited by U.S. Law.

Minimum Orders
Minimum export order is U.S. $250.00, F.O.B. shipping point. Canada, U.S. Possessions, Embassies and U.S. Government Installations are exempt from the minimum export order requirement.

Payment Terms
Export orders are accepted on the basis of payment in advance of shipment by certified check, bank draft, or wire transfer.
